Everyday Dirtbag Entry #47.

New Term –

“Dirtbag Clean”

adjective

Similar to “clean-to-me” or “new clean”.  Items that have been worn, dirtied or sullied, then lost or stored for a significant amount of time before being found again can be called “dirtbag clean”.

Example:

My buddy wore my Knicks jersey during a pick-up basketball game last June, then set it on top of a box in his office for five months.  We both forgot about it.  But when I saw it lying there today, I put it right on.  What used to be sweat-soaked and dirty five months ago is now dirtbag clean.
