The Main Workout:

7 Moderate moves on an overhang

1 Minute rest

5 Harder moves on an overhang

1 Minute rest

11 Moderate moves on an overhang

1 Minute rest

5 Really hard moves on an overhang

1 Minute rest

13 Hard moves on an overhang

23 Second hang from two sloping holds to finish.
