Stories “Identicalize” Our Brains – Stories and Empathy

I found this short article while researching for my book Let Them Be Eaten By Bears.  This explains why we feel like we’re there, that we’re actually in the scene when we hear a well-told story.  To our brains, we actually ARE there.
